A MESSAGE FROM OUR PRESIDENT

Serving as Alpha Phi’s President here at Washington State University has been an honoring and humbling experience. The women that I have the privilege to represent are easily some of the most amazing ladies I know, and I am lucky to have them as my lifelong sisters. Our sisterhood is not easily explained, as it is a unique experience compared to any other. Ever since running home to California Street on Bid Day, I have never felt more welcomed, accepted, loved, and appreciated by my peers. Every day that I am a part of this fraternity, I am challenged to give back what it has given me and am empowered to be a better woman because of it. I would not be who I am today without Alpha Phi, and I will be forever grateful for this chapter.

At Alpha Phi, our sisters challenge themselves to excel in academic achievement, we devote time to various philanthropies, and we strive to continue the growth and improvement of our community. This sisterhood focuses on our ideals of truth, honor, and love. These three benchmarks of our fraternity unify our membership and solidify our bonds. The Beta Rho chapter of Alpha Phi is not just a fraternity for women at Washington State, but it is a lifelong home away from home, no matter where we come from.

In my year as Chapter President, I am enthusiastic to see the new relationships formed and wonderful memories made. I hope to continue our appreciation for our members’ development and to lead our chapter throughout yet another successful year.
